Shuttle buses are provided to and from Newport High Street (outside Oxfam). The cost of this service is covered in the ticket price.
Schedule - 4pm-11pm to campus / 1am-4.30am to Newport High Street.

Yes, each student is entitled to bring a max of 3 guests. The ticket for your guest can be purchased at the same time that you purchase your own ticket. Any guest/non-student attendee of the Summer Ball must be over 18 and be able to show photographic ID on entry. All guests must come with the student they are responsible to.
Students and guests can be pre-banded before the event to ensure smooth entry.
Wristbands will not be replaced if they are lost or stolen once they've been collected.
Please note; HASU does not issue refunds for tickets except under exceptional circumstances. In the event that you have bought a ticket but no longer intend to attend the event, you can transfer your wristband to another student prior to the event.
