Can I go to Welcome Week if I'm not in my first year of study?
Welcome Week is for first-year students only between Sunday 22nd September - Tuesday 24th September and then from Wednesday 25th September it is open to all students!
Does the Welcome Wristband get me in to all events throughout the week?
Yes, the Welcome Week wristband gets you into all the events. Please note seated events are limited capacity, wristbands will get priority but it will be on a first come first served basis.
What do I do if I'm having trouble creating a Native account?
If you're struggling to create a Native account to purchase your tickets or are struggling to log in to your account, please contact native at hello@native.fm or use their live chat box.
I've finished my foundation course, can I come to Welcome Week?
Yes, if you are a student that has recently completed your foundation year and are going onto a new course you can attend Welcome Week.
Where do I collect my wristband?
You will need to come and see us in the SU Barn on arrival on campus to collect your wristband. You will receive a QR code via email that will be scanned by a member of staff before giving you a wristband.
Can I purchase tickets and wristbands on the day?
Yes, you can purchase both wristbands and tickets on the day. We advise you get these in advance as they can sell out before the week starts.
